Our menu showcases the traditional “asado” from Argentina…The asado is a traditional grilling technique and social event! The asado is a South American barbecue cooked over an open wood fire that typically consists of a variety of grilled meats including beef, pork, chicken, chorizo, and morcilla. In our culture, the event is going to the “asado” where friends, family and all those invited can convene around the grill to enjoy good food, good company, and a generally good time. Everyone looks forward to getting together at an asado, which is what we seek to recreate with El Porteño. Our menu will change throughout the year to serve and showcase these different foods.
